On May 22, 2024, renowned music pop artist Charli XCX tweeted to her fans that she would be releasing a very special item on her store the next day. She revealed that only 40 “Diary Entry edition” vinyl records would be put up on her store at 9AM PST. Each Diary Entry edition vinyl record came with one hand-written diary page from her personal diary that contained lyrics from a song on her latest album, BRAT. The tweet had almost a million views and with only 40 available, these were obviously going to be extremely hard to obtain and highly sought after. We made sure to be on top of this release and alert our members a day in advance so they can be prepared for the release in any way they can. The following day, the Diary Edition vinyls went on sale and only a couple members were able to score. But for those who scored, the vinyl records were only $39.98 and these members were able to sell them for $1000-$1500 a record! A massive come up indeed for those who scored and a high valued item that is sure to appreciate in price if Charli XCX becomes a bigger artist in the future. A true collectible.
