Ending the year right, on December 16th, PEZ released an exclusive Golden Groom 2025 New Years PEZ right in time for the holiday season. Sporting a tie, a golden hat, and a body wishing everyone a happy new year, this candy dispenser retailed for 5.99 and has an exclusive chase variant featuring a black tie. While the regular edition is already quite limited, this ultra rare chase variant was a hot commodity among PEZ collectors being an edition of only 200, with only 100 being available to customers based in the USA.
IHOF alerted members for the surprise release and many members were able to obtain multiples; some acquiring the chase variant! The normal version fetches prices of $30-$40 on the secondhand market, while the chase goes for over 700 dollars! Members whom purchased were able to profit regardless of what variant they received, what a way to start off 2025!
